Evangelism

Come and See!

In the gospel of John, Jesus asks the disciples:

“What are you looking for?”

This question could also be asked of us.

What are we looking for?  Why are we here?

Jesus then invites the disciples to be with him by saying these simple words: “Come and See” (John 1:38-39). It’s a non-threatening response, it’s clear, and it’s something any of us could say.

We are called to invite people into the joy and life we have experienced in Christ.  What better place to see that in action, than at our church?

The invitation to “Come and See” is not just something we are offering to others, but it is God in Christ working through us to invite others into abundant life rich and full of blessings greater than we can imagine.

We encourage you to join us on this journey of Inviting.  Together we can share with others the good news that God in Jesus is always with us and for us.

Blessing of the Animals
See you in 2025!

This annual free event in December tells the Christmas story with live actors and animals including sheep, goats, alpacas, rabbits and a donkey. All are invited to pet the animals and come inside the church for homemade cookies and hot chocolate.

We join together to celebrate the Feast of St. Francis and bless our beloved animals.
